Terms of Service

The rules of using the Tracity server and website.

By playing on Tracity you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the server fair and enjoyable for everyone, and they apply to every world, event and chat channel we run.

1. Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share your login, and do not impersonate staff members or other players.

2. Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, duping items and using unauthorised client modifications are not allowed. Mods that only change visuals or improve performance are fine, and the modpack we publish is always allowed.

3. Respect

No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing or spam. Roleplay conflict is welcome; real abuse is not.

4. What you build

You keep ownership of what you create, and you grant us permission to keep it on the server, include it in backups and show it in screenshots or videos of the community.

5. Enforcement

We may warn, mute, kick, ban or roll back changes when these terms are broken. Serious cases are permanent. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact staff and we will look at it again.

6. Availability

The server is run by volunteers and provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee it, and we are not liable for lost items, progress or worlds.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the server grows. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
